iOS 10 Beta: Can’t Use Smart Keyboard to Reply to Message Notification

Summary:
When I get a new message on my 12.9" iPad Pro and try to compose a reply in the notification UI, the Smart Keyboard cannot be used to compose text.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive a notification of a new iMessage.
2. Swipe down to reveal the reply text field.
3. Type text on the Smart Keyboard.

Expected Results:
The text appears in the notification text field.

Actual Results:
No text appears.
