Summary:
Pressing the 🌐 key on the Smart Keyboard on the 12.9" iPad Pro doesn’t show the keyboard, making it difficult to use the on-screen keyboard or enter Emoji.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a text field where the keyboard bar appears at the bottom of the screen.
2. Press the 🌐 key on the keyboard.

Expected Results:
The on-screen keyboard appears.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.
