Safari on iOS 10 Beta: Incorrect Link for “Frequently Visited” Title

Summary:
The title for a frequently visited item didn't match the icon and link.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tap the URL bar in Safari.
2. Look at the list of frequently visited sites.

Expected Results:
The icons, titles, and URLs all match.

Actual Results:
The icon and URL did not match the title.

Notes:
In the screenshots, "List of sexually active popes" somehow maps to the ESPN home page.
