Xcode Issue Navigator "Recent Issues" Not Working

Summary:
Clicking the "Recent Issues" filters out all issues. No issues are showing up, even the ones from the last build.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a test project and introduce a syntax error.
- Build the project
- Switch to the Issues Navigator
- Click on the "Recent Issues" button to the right of the search field.

Expected Results:
The syntax error from the last build should be showing up in the issues navigator.

Actual Results:
No issues are showing up.

Xcode 7.3.1, Xcode 8 (reproduced at WWDC Xcode Lab with an engineer called Mike)
