CGAffineTransform Swift translations do not match API Guidelines

CGAffineTransformRotate() is now translated to CGAffineTransform.rotate() by the Swift importer. However, this is a non-mutating function and the Swift API Guidelines require that it be named .rotated(). Similar issues exist for .invert, .scale, etc.
