Siri on macOS fails to work after a while

Summary: After turning Siri on, she will respond for while, but then fail to work. She will not respond to clicking the menu bar item or Fn-space. Turning her on and off in System Preferences doesn't work either. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn on Siri 2. Wait. Expected Results: Siri works. Actual Results: Siri doesn't work. Version: N/A Notes: A workaround is disabling Siri from System Preferences, selecting Siri form the Menu bar, then clicking "Enable". Configuration: Late 2011 MacBook Pro running macOS Sierra 10.12 Beta (16A201w)
