macOS Sierra 10.12 Beta: Can’t Download Purchased App from App Store

 
Summary:
Attempting to click "Install" from the Purchased tab in the App Store on macOS Sierra never starts downloading the app.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the App Store.
2. Click on the "Purchased" tab.
3. Click "Install" for an app.

Expected Results:
The app begins to download.

Actual Results:
The app does not begin to download.

Version:
macOS Sierra Version 10.12 Beta (16A201w)
