Summary: Attempting to run test on iOS 9.3 devices hangs indefinitely. The application will run, but the tests will not. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create empty iOS project with Unit Tests 2. Set Distribution Target to 9.3 3. Run tests on 9.3 device Expected Results: Tests should immediately complete. Actual Results: Testing continues indefinitely and never returns. Version: Xcode 8.0 beta (8S128d) iOS 9.3.2 (13F69)
