Summary:
The SF Mono font included with the Playgrounds app should be exposed to all apps on all platforms, and available for the public (not just developer program members) to download.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a view’s font to UIFont(name: "SFMono-Regular", size: 16)

Expected Results:
San Francisco Mono works as expected.

Actual Results:
Font is not available; UIFont init method returns nil.
