Make MKMapView `showsNightMode` available publicly

Summary: Night mode is a fantastic addition to the Maps app and is part of the MapKit framework. Unfortunately it is still private which means third party developers cannot give their users a nice experience when using maps inside their app at night. Please make `showsNightMode` available to developers. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to use night mode in Maps Framework 2.
