"Live" weight in Medical ID

Summary:
The weight in Medical ID of the Health app is just a text box and not connected to the weight being recorded by the Health app. The weight on Medical ID should show the most up-to-date weight for the user.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Setup Medical ID with a weight value.
2) Use Health app to track weight.
3) Lose 40 pounds.
4) Compare current weight in Health app vs Medical ID.

Expected Results:
Expected that the weight on Medical ID would match user’s current weight.

Actual Results:
Weight in Medical ID still shows initial value.

Regression:
Weight in Medical ID has been like this on all platforms.
