Summary:
The device should stay awake/unlocked while interacting w/ a push notification from the lock screen, e.g. when replying to message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a message on your device
2. Choose "Reply"
3. Start typing message
4. Wait a second or two

Expected Results:
Phone stays awake

Actual Results:
Phone goes to sleep
