Swift Playgrounds: Can’t Use AVFoundation for Camera Capture

Summary:
Using AVFoundation for camera capture using an AVCaptureSession does not display the output on the playground page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached playground.
2. Select "Run My Code."
3. When prompted, allow camera access.

Expected Results:
Video output appears.

Actual Results:
No video output appears.

Version:
iOS 10.0 (14A5261v)

Notes:
The same view controller class works out-of-the-box in an iOS app.

Configuration:
iPad Pro 12.9" (ML0N2LL/A)
