Reference checking for image literals

Summary:
Image literals should be type safe, meaning that the build should fail if a referenced image literal does not exist in an available catalog.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open and run the attached project, note that it works. 
Go to Assets.xcassets and rename the "quinn" image set. 
Build and Run. 


Expected Results:
The build should fail. 

Actual Results:
The build succeeds but the app crashes at runtime.
