When setting up a Medical ID, a bar button item has the title "OD_NEXT"

Summary:
See screenshot. FYI, I had Medical ID before hand and just skipped over everything (except update weight ;) I have not tried to reproduce this problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up a medical ID.
2. Go through the steps.

Expected Results:
The bar button item would say something like "Next", not a placeholder

Actual Results:
The placeholder "OD_NEXT" is shown
