Summary:
While both macOS and watchOS provide saved configurations, iOS does not, requiring duplication for every report.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an iOS bug report
2. Re-type information into version, device, etc.

Expected Results:
A "Saved configurations" field

Actual Results:
Retyping all the information again

Version:
Safari on macOS, Version 10.0 (12602.1.32.7)

Configuration:
iPhone 5c running iOS 10.0 (14A5261v)
