Summary:
Safari won't open http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/. When the page is hit, it refuses to load due to "too many redirects".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Purple Safari.
2. Navigate to http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/.

Expected Results:
The page loads.

Actual Results:
The page doesn't load.

Safari 9.1.2 (11601.7.4, 11602.1.37)

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014)
