Area: Safari Services Summary: If website restrictions are turned on in the general settings, it greys out the options to activate content blockers on iOS 9. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Settings > General > Restrictions and turn on website restrictions 2. Open Settings > Safari > Content Blockers 3. Any installed Content Blockers will be greyed out. Expected Results: Website restrictions wouldn't effect the ability to activate or deactivate Content Blockers. Actual Results: Option to activate or deactivate Content Blockers are greyed out.
