watchOS errantly gives a Perfect Week "Move" achievement when I only hit 6/7 days

Summary: This morning, my watch awarded my a Perfect Week for move, even though I only hit my Move goals 6/7 days. The Weekly Summary and Activity app both correctly show 6/7. See screenshots. This also happened for my wife this week who hit 6/7.
