See title. For people who do not own an Apple Watch or choose not to wear one all of the time, this reduces usability for no apparent reason.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Walk up to your locked computer with your iPhone.

Expected Results:
The computer unlocks automatically.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

macOS 10.11.5 (15F34)

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014)
4 GHz Intel Core i7
