Summary:
@IBDesignable UITableViewCell should render in Xcode interface builder storyboard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an UITableViewCell subclass with @IBDesignable specifier.
2. Drag an UITableViewController into canvas and create a prototype cell.
3. Set prototype cell subclass in identity inspector.
4. Watch "Designables" state.

Expected Results:
Live rendering of the table view cell.

Actual Results:
No rendering and stalling at 'Updating' under identity inspector.
