The bottom part of the update screen in the Watch app is always cut off

Summary:
The bottom part of the screen, where it says "To install the update, make sure Apple Watch is:" is cut off by the tab bar.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Watch app
2. Go to General > Software Update
3. Wait for an actual update to show up

Expected Results:
The content wouldn't be stuck under the tab bar

Actual Results:
The content is hidden
