Emergency contacts in Medical ID are shifted to the right and cut off

Summary:
The Emergency contacts are indented, so that they don't appear on the screen. Selecting them works as expected. See screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Medical ID (hold side button, slide "Medical ID")
2. Scroll down to Emergency Contacts

Expected Results:
The contacts won't be cut off

Actual Results:
They are cut off

watchOS 3.0 (14S5278d)

Notes:
Regression from watchOS 3 beta 1

Configuration:
38 mm Apple Watch Sport running watchOS 3.0 (14S5278d)
