Summary:
Notification Center is missing widgets for my apps as well as Weather and stocks. See screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Notification Center

Expected Results:
The widgets will be shown, or be in the "Edit" menu

Actual Results:
The widgets are gone

macOS Sierra 10.12 Beta (16A239j)

Notes:
Lost in update to macOS 10.12 beta 2

Configuration:
Late 2011 MacBook Pro running macOS Sierra 10.12 Beta (16A239j)
