Summary:
The Xcode static analyzer for Swift doesn't actually perform a static analysis.

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to product menu, select Analyze

Expected Results:
Xcode warnings & errors based on a static analysis

Actual Results:
Xcode just builds the project without performing a static analysis.
