Safari Unable to establish secure connection and receiving SSL handshake error

 
We are receiving SSL handshake error after entering bad or good username and password for 10 consecutive times on ADFS auth challenge popup on Mac and iOS Safari browser. 

Note: Only Safari browser is facing this error with our ADFS environment. Firefox, Chrome and other browsers are not getting this error on any number attempts, they simply show Auth challenge pop-up again.
