Summary:
Any input that is used for the paymentIntent is fed to a web search, preventing the confirmation and handle

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Siri and ask perform a payment through Siri (Send $100 to Bob using MyPaymentApp)

Expected Results:
A UI corresponding to the app extension MyPaymentApp 

Actual Results:
Web search results are returned by Siri, with the text "Send $100 to Bob using MyPaymentApp"

Notes:

Using Xcode 8 beta 3 and 4, iOS 10 beta 3 and 4 give same results

Configuration:
iPhone 6 16gb, using WiFi
