Again and again I am choosing option to update iOS device over night and I couldn't make it work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Settings
2. Select General > Software Update
3. Download update
4. Do not accept option to update now, tap "update later"
5. Enter passcode
6. Plug your device into power socket before 2 AM
7. Leave it charging for the whole night

Expected Results:
iOS should update itself to the latest version.

Actual Results:
When I unlocked device with Touch ID I got the alert "9.3.4 is not installed, passcode was not entered before restore".

Version:
iOS 9.3.4

Notes:
I have complex device password with letters and numbers. This happened on older iOS version and with my iPhone too.
