Summary:
Logging into the Bug Reporter requires a 2FA code even when the browser is remembered through iCloud.com or otherwise.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have 2FA enabled, log into iCloud.com, remember browser / trust browser.
2. Open Apple Bug Reporter.

Expected Results:
Apple Bug Reporter asks me to sign in, or is already signed in.

Actual Results:
Apple Bug Reporter requires a sign in, as well as a 2FA code to "View and edit my Apple ID"

Notes:
Bug reports are less private than a user's personal info (such as photos or otherwise), and when a user chooses to trust a browser/device, Apple Bug Reporter should respect this choice.
