Tapping send when sending a notes invitation through iMessage fails

Summary:
The send button in iMessage appears to do nothing when sending an invite to collaborate on a note in Notes.app.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Notes.app.
2. Create a new note.
3. Type anything in the notes body.
4. Tap the button to invite a contact.
5. Tap Message.
6. Wait for the note to upload.
7. Type in the contact's name.
8. Tap the up arrow button to send.


Expected Results:
The message dialog closes and the message is sent.

Actual Results:
Tapping the button appears to do nothing and I'm unsure whether the message has sent.
