Sharing from iOS no longer shows any activities than "Copy"

Summary:
In iOS9 and below, sharing a station, artist, or curator would show all available activities (in the case of this test, the app Workflow was expected). In iOS10, only "Copy" is available as an activity

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Install an app that should accept an activity from Music, such as Workflow
1. Open music app
2. Navigate to Radio
3. Choose "View All Stations"
4. Play a station
5. Open the now playing screen
6. From the overflow menu, choose "Share Station"

Expected Results:
All available activities are shown

Actual Results:
Only Copy is available
