Summary: There is currently no API to create action sets with the type HMActionSetTypeTriggerOwned. The official Home App can create those kinds of action sets. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a HMTrigger 2. Create an action set and add it to the trigger Expected Results: There should be a way to define an action set to be trigger-owned.
