Add conditions to HomeKit timer triggers

Summary:
Timer triggers execute scenes at a specific time. But in contrast to event trigger, timer trigger doesn't have conditions. It would be useful to provide conditions also for timer triggers.

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:
There should be a `NSPredicate` property on `HMTimerTrigger` to add conditions to timer trigger.

Actual Results:
There is no such property on `HMTimerTrigger`.
