Links tapped in Mail App do not always open in Safari

Summary:
When tapping on a link in Mail App, Safari does not open the link, it just opens the Favorites page

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mail app
2. Click on a link in an email
3. Safari opens in Favorites page, instead of the link

Expected Results:
Should actually open the link

Actual Results:
Safari opens in Favorites instead

Notes:
Annoying when link does not open.  Sysdiagnose enclosed, and a screen shot
