Activity App sharing always shows no activity for some contacts

Summary:
I have added 8 friends in the sharing section of the Activity app. Out of those friends I have 3 who always show as no activity with all three rings empty. We have tried removing and adding one another both ways with no success. I have other friends who have identified the same issue with some of the people they have added.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Activity App
2. Go to sharing
3. Add a friend
4. Observe that their activity remains zero after they accept

Expected Results:
Activity rings should update

Actual Results:
Activity rings remain at zero

Hi Matthew, if the issue is resolved then we no longer need the sysdiagnoses. If you do see it re-occur, we should get them and take a look.

The issue has slowly resolved itself over the past few days. Every day one more contact has started displaying data until today where all contacts now show activity. Others have also reported the same behavior so I can only assume you guys are fixing them on your end.

Do you still want the sysdiagnose even though the issue is no longer present?
