Messages in iOS app Resolution Center are hard to parse

Summary:
Received an app rejection message, but it is difficult to read since HTML tags are presented instead of whitespace. See attached screenshot file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive an app rejection.
2. Launch the iTunes Connect for iOS app.
3. View the app rejection message in Resolution Center.

Expected Results:
To be able to easily read the rejection message.

Actual Results:
The rejection message is presented as a wall of text with HTML tags instead of whitespace.
