We would like a way via MDM to disable iCloud's Desktop and Documents syncing without having to completely disable iCloud drive.

I have verified that setting the Apple Developer Relations-specified values disables iCloud Drive entirely. This does also disable iCloud's Desktop and Documents syncing, as part of the general iCloud Drive disablement, but I want a way to leave iCloud Drive functional and only disable the iCloud Desktop and Documents syncing.

The profile I've used in my testing is available via the link below:

Have you verified that a payload with the key "allowCloudDocumentSync" set to false in the "com.apple.applicationaccess" PayloadType payload does not disable this feature? You may need to log out and back in once, but it should work. If it doesn’t, please provide us with the config profile that you tested this with.
