iMessage App: Draft App-iMessage doesn't use accessibilityLabel

When an iMessage App inserts an MSMessage into the conversation, the draft message uses a static accessibilityLabel of "Attached app" instead of the developer-provided accessibilityLabel. Only if the message is actually sent, the developer-provided accessibilityLabel is used.
