UITextField text goes down when editing, in iOS 10

Summary:
The text of a UITextField will go down when beginning editing, when using .None as the border style.

Expected Results:
The text in correct position (without moving) when editing.

Actual Results:
The text will go down with an offset.

Version:
iOS 10

Notes:
With iOS 10 SDK. And this does not happen in iOS 8 and 9.
