Summary:
When long pressing on whitespace in the Photos app (Memories or inside an album), a copy context menu shows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Photos.
2. Go to Memories.
3. Long press white space.

Expected Results:
Nothing happens

Actual Results:
Copy menu shows, does nothing

Version:
iOS 10.1 beta 3

Notes:
Additionally, long pressing an actual photo does nothing.

Configuration:
iPhone 7 128GB, iPhone 6 16GB
