Summary: When trying to create in-apps the following message is shown: "Select the In-App Purchase you want to create." Then nothing is selectable. This means that new apps cannot be created in the "Magazines & Newspapers" category. Steps to Reproduce: 1, Create a new app 2, Select the "Magazines & Newspapers" category for it 3, Try to create any in-app 4, Bang head against desk
