Summary:
It would be useful if the Background Tasks window could remain visible while the user is using other apps, so they can monitor the progress.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Perform a background task, eg, render a project.
2. Open the Background Tasks window.
3. Activate another app.

Expected Results:
Window stays visible.

Actual Results:
Window disappears.
