Summary:
The Settings panel of the Web Inspector is unusable, due to the fact that the elements overlap. See attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Safari Technology Preview
2. Go to a website
3. Open the Web Inspector
4. Navigate to the Settings tab

Expected Results:
No garbling

Actual Results:
The elements overlap
