Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://developer.apple.com/library/prerelease/content/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/CoreData/InitializingtheCoreDataStack.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40001075-CH4-SW1
2. Scroll to "Listing 3-1" and find the Swift example.

Expected Results:
The Swift example is written in Swift 3.

Actual Results:
The Swift example is not written in Swift 3 and doesn't compile in Xcode 8.1.
