iTunes TouchBar extension should have Apple Music controls

Summary:
The iTunes TouchBar extension should be able to:
- Add current song to the Library
- Love/Dislike a song

Additionally, if the currently playing song is from an iTunes/Apple Music Radio Station, it should have:
- Play More Like This
- Never Play This Song

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Listen to music from iTunes

Expected Results:
TouchBar should offer more control over currently playing songs

Actual Results:
TouchBar can only skip to next, previous, play/pause and scrub the current song.
