Strange behaviour in UICollectionView

Summary:
When we tell the UICollectionView to invalidate it’s layout. The CollectionView is using the wrong size for it’s cells + recycling of cells give a strange behaviour. (Check the demo project)
It’s working normally on iOS 9 or below.

Steps to Reproduce:
Run the example project on an iPad with iOS 10 (or greater), and click the “shake” bar button.

Expected Results:
Cells are using the new size.

Actual Results:
Cells are using the wrong size. (Also some weird behaviour with the recycling of cells)

Version:
iOS 10 (Xcode 8.1)
