Summary:
Since a few weeks it takes ages for new app ID’s created in https://developer.apple.com/account/ios/identifier/bundle
to show up in itunes-connect (clicking +->New App)

Steps to Reproduce:
  * https://developer.apple.com/account/ios/identifier/bundle create new App ID
  * go to itunes connect - and see how long it takes

Expected Results:
  * finished in a reasonable time (e.g: 2 minutes)

Actual Results:
Takes longer than 50 minutes, sometimes even many howers
