Summary:
3D Touch doesn't work on some images in Safari View Controller while it works in Safari.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch sample app.
2. 3D Touch on the image to see it doesn't work.
3. Tap Safari icon on bottom toolbar to open the same web page in Safari.
4. 3D Touch on the image to see it works.
