Xcode: Allow Touch Bar Customization

Almost all apps with Touch Bar support offer a "Customize Touch Bar..." button in the menu bar's "View" menu.
Xcode doesn't.
That's a bummer because I frequently accidentally hit the "Run" button whilst i'm coding. This either will launch the simulator (in case of a successful build) or show the "Build failed" error message, distracting me either way. It would be really nice to be able to rearrange the touch bar items to avoid accidental compiles. ;)
