Simulator video screen recording causes graph glitches

Summary:
When using the new `xcrun simctl io booted recordVideo` feature to record a video of the simulator, the resulting mp4 files has graphic glitches, which you can easily see when scrubbing over the video with the built-in QuickTime. 

I attached the example project, with the resulting video, and some screenshots of the graphic glitches

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the provided sample project
1. Choose the ExampleUITests schema. 
1. Launch the simulator
1. Run `xcrun simctl io booted recordVideo Demo.mp4`
1. CMD U in Xcode
1. Switch to terminal and ctrl + c

Expected Results:
The resulting video looks fine
